The company follows a 14-day refund policy for purchases. Refund requests undergo review based on delivery circumstances. Transaction records — including volumes, refunds, and chargebacks — are maintained securely and available to payment processors or authorities. Disputes and chargebacks are managed per Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy.
You retain ownership of submitted content. By uploading, you grant a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license for service-related use. You cannot upload infringing or unlawful content.
Services are provided "as is" without warranty. The company doesn't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and isn't responsible for usage-related damages.
The company isn't liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability caps at fees paid during the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify the company from claims, damages, or expenses arising from service use or agreement violations.
The company may terminate immediately, with or without cause and without notice. You must cease all service use upon termination.
The company reserves modification rights. Updated agreements are posted on the website; continued use constitutes acceptance.
California law governs this agreement without conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes resolve through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles, California.
This constitutes the entire agreement. Invalid provisions don't affect remaining terms. Non-enforcement doesn't waive rights.
RARHost reserves the absolute right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service to any user, at any time, and for any reason when customer expectations don't align with service architecture.
Accounts terminate immediately without notice for void agreements, ToS breaches, or standard operations post-refund.
Full refunds — customer-initiated, provider-initiated, or marketplace-initiated — constitute final settlement and immediate contract termination, releasing the company from infrastructure, support, and data retention obligations.
Post-termination data faces immediate decommissioning. Though limited grace periods may be provided for backup retrieval, users must maintain off-site backups. The company assumes no liability for refund-related data loss.
Completed refunds represent total fulfillment of non-performance or dissatisfaction claims. No service reinstatement occurs after refund reversal.
